I started freezer cooking ten years ago when my daughter was almost one year old and I was teaching. Starting the program by going solo for the first few times and only cooking one meat/food type when it was on sale, I have now progressed to cooking with a buddy for about three months at a time. This is especially handy during the hot summer months and holidays. I also set aside a time for a baking day now! As a professional organizer, I share 30 Day Gourmet with all of my clients to help them save time, money, and stress. It is truly a wonderful tool that helps my family daily. My husband and kids love the quality and variety of food, and I love not having to cook every day. What a blessing!
