The March Cook Of The Month is Jennifer Wann, from Murray Kentucky. She has two children, Eric age 4 and Kevin almost 2, and a husband who is a psychology professor at Murray State University. Jennifer is a Speech Language Pathologist in private practice specializing in communication disorders of infants and toddlers.

Because of their schedules, she and her husband do what they refer to as "tag team parenting". She works when he is at home, and he works when she is at home. She says, "Thank God for flexible schedules."

Jennifer and her sister now do their Assembly Day on the same day and though she lives in Colorado, they talk to each other all day using a hands-free phone! We thought this was a great tip and we applaud her sister for coming up with the idea. These sisters take turns calling one another and they do their Assembly days on Sunday when the rates are cheap!
