I couldn't resist entering the contest and what timing! I've cooked the 30 Day- way for a couple of years now, and I love it. In these pictures I am cooking with my friend Lea Morgan - a working mom, mother of 4, and college student, This is her first time cooking for a full month, but as you can tell we're loving every minute of it.

What made it even more fun that usual is her excitement. Six hours after we started she had a very full freezer and lots of choices for meals for her family - none of which will come out of a "box"!
