"You know, I have to tell you that for as encouraging and informative as you think I have been, I have learned so much from everyone who posts on the message board. In the years (gasp) that I have been a part of 30dg's boards, I have learned to be open about my approach to this way of cooking. I used to think I had to do everything in one day, which for a lot of us is pretty impossible. 30dg is a part of my everyday life now...when I look at a recipe, I am thinking immediately if it will work in the freezer!! I really need to thank you and Tara for improving my attitude in general about dinner hour at my house... It feels really great when my husband or two daughters actually ASK for one of my 30dg meals, or at the same time EXPECT one of my 30dg meals."
