Assembly Directions: Mix honey, juice, soy sauce and salad dressing mix in large bowl until well blended.
Freezing Directions: Place the chicken strips in a freezer bag. Pour marinade over chicken in bag. Seal, label and freeze.
Serving Directions: Thaw chicken and thread on skewers through each chicken strip. Broil 4" from heat, or grill over medium coals 8-10 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently. You can also cook the chicken in a non-stick skillet on the stovetop.
Comments: I had to go to a large grocery store chain to find the seasoning packet for this recipe. If you are not able to find it at your local grocery stores there is a posting on the message boards with a suggested homemade version of the dressing mix. Click here to read about it.
