A little bit about me...
I started freezer cooking about 3 years ago. My husband, Mike, who doesn’t complain about the house being a mess or laundry not being done said, “If I am going to continue to work doubles, I need hot food for work”. I immediately knew I had to do something since he never complains. That’s when I found the 30 Day Gourmet. Cooking 20 to 25 meals in one day has been such a blessing to our family. Now I don’t have to “Clean the Kitchen” daily, and we can eat together as a family and still have time for soccer, swimming, and whatever else the boys are into.
