A little bit about me...
I have been freezer cooking for six years. Having dinner prepared and a freezer stocked is so comforting to me. I enjoy being able to have a healthy and wholesome meal on the table each night for my family. As a stay at home mom of two young children, life can be busy. With school activities, gymnastics, swim lessons, and the daily life duties I do not have time to worry about dinner. 30 Day Gourmet is a great way to learn the process of freezer cooking.
I have been teaching community education classes for three years, and I have recently started a business called Designed To Dine. Our business is centered around teaching the freezer cooking process.
