A little about me...
I began “once a month” shopping 10 years ago after hearing about how a friend planned her meals for a whole month at a time. I could barely plan a whole week at a time back then. After shopping once a month for years I heard about cooking only once a month with the 30 Day Gourmet method and thought “why didn’t I think of that”. That was 7 years ago and my life has been less stressful, my family eats better, healthier meals and I save money. My once a month shopping saved me 30% on my grocery bills and with the 30 Day Gourmet cooking method I save another 10 – 20 %. Life is good when you can go to your list ( or send a family member) to pick out what you want for dinner the next night.
