the Cook's Corner ...
Welcome to 30 Day
Gourmet and our message boards! On our boards, you can meet
other freezer cooks, exchange ideas, ask questions, share
recipes that work with freezer cooking, share what you’ve
learned, and even receive encouragement! Our hope with this
page is to give you a crash course about 30 Day Gourmet, but
please feel free to contact us if you have any questions!!

To become a member of 30 Day Gourmet and start freezer
cooking, you’ll want to buy your own copy of the Freezer
Cooking Manual. It is reasonably priced, with all the
worksheets, recipes and freezer tips you need to get you
successfully on your way.

cooking day easier… aprons, and notebooks, to name a

If you haven’t checked out our message boards, please do!
You’ll find they are a wealth of information from
experienced freezer cooks, and beginners as well! Read
through the posts under “Assembly Day Stories”, “Cooking
Questions” and “Freezer Cooking Tips and Solutions” while
you’re waiting for your manual to arrive. We’d also
appreciate it if you would go to the “Meet Other 30 Day
Gourmets” board and introduce yourself! Please title your
post with your name and where you’re from… IE: “Nanci, a new
gourmet from IN”, or “Tammy… getting started in WV”. We’re
so excited to welcome new freezer cooks to the site, and
love the chance to get to know you! After you have your
first cooking day, don’t forget to come back and post your
success under “Assembly Day Stories”!! We love to hear about
those too! After you get comfortable with freezer cooking
and convert your favorite family recipes for the freezer,
post them under the correct recipe heading… we all love to
try new recipes! And don’t forget to include the freezing
directions! We also recommend you look through the FAQ’s
about the boards, to further acquaint yourself with how they
work.

with even more info! Don’t forget to check out our contests
too!
We request you don’t spam our message boards. The Cook's
Corner message boards are intended to help 30 Day Gourmets
share ideas, stories and recipes and not as a forum for
advertising. So, please don't post any messages selling
products and/or services. We also ask that you be nice to
others on our boards. Those who post on our boards are
expressing their opinion based on their experience. It’s OK
to have a different opinion, just be nice about it!!
