A little bit about me...
My husband and I can both have goofy schedules, so mealtime was never predictable. However, when my Mom moved in with us two years ago, we needed to have meals ready when I got home from work. With 30 Day Gourmet, there were meals in the freezer that I could pull out the day before to have defrosted for a meal the next day. With a trip to Mexico planned last year, I froze 28 microwave meals that my husband and Mom could fix quickly. Then my daughter thought this would be really handy for her hectic life, so she joined me in a cooking day and we filled her freezer and mine. When my grandson was born last June, this called for another cooking session. We filled the new parents freezer and they had meals ready to heat and eat, leaving time to spend with their new baby.
