Nanci Slagle is the President of 30 Day Gourmet, Inc., an original founder of the company and a co-author of 30 Day Gourmet’s BIG Book of Freezer Cooking . She maintains an office near Indianapolis, Indiana where books are shipped, bills are paid and newsletters are written. Nanci also works full-time as a high school English teacher. When she began freezer cooking back in 1993, Nanci had four children under 8 years old and was desperate for a way to manage the dinnertime craziness. Now her children are nearly grown (1 post college, 2 in college, 1 in high school) and freezer cooking is still saving her time and money. |

Carol Santee is the co-author of 30 Day Gourmet’s BIG Book of Freezer Cooking, author of Freezer Lunches To Go and Healthy Freezer Cooking, editor of Slow Cooker Freezer Favorites, and a major contributor to the Chewin’ the News newsletter from 30 Day Gourmet.
Carol enjoys cooking and credits her mom and grandmother with teaching her all she knows about cooking, canning and gardening. She has been cooking the 30 Day Gourmet way since 1999 when her three children were in middle and elementary school.
