A little bit about me...
I’m Pat Lowe, a single mother with one teenage son. I have a career as a computer programmer analyst. After working all day I don’t want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Even on the days I work from home, I want to be able to put a meal on the table quickly that my son and I both will enjoy.
Every time I had looked at freezer cooking I was turned off by the many casseroles and recipes that served large families. I had never been successful at freezing and reheating leftovers. Then I found 30 Day Gourmet! The 30 Day Gourmet way is flexible enough to work for any size family and not just have you eating casseroles all the time. Now I can put a hot, tasty meal on the table in a minimal amount of time and have less clean up afterwards. I’m also saving money by being able to effectively buy foods in bulk and not have wasted leftovers.
