Fat free white sauce

OR Canned cream of chicken soup, undiluted

Dry bread crumbs

1/4 C.

1/2 C.

Assembly Directions:
Fry and crumble bacon. If using white sauce, make white sauce according to directions in 30 Day Gourmet manual. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Arrange broccoli in a spray coated 2-3 qt. casserole. Sprinkle almonds over broccoli. Stir cheese into white sauce or soup. Spread sauce over all. Sprinkle bacon over all. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top of casserole.


To freeze:
Wrap casserole well with foil or slip into a labeled freezer bag. Remove excess air from freezer bag and seal. Freeze.


To Serve:
Thaw casserole thoroughly and bake at 350¦ for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
