Assembly
Directions:
Brown beef; drain well. In a medium bowl blend
mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and cornstarch. Fold in
cheese, onion, and beef. Pour into a pie shell.
Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 35-40
minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes
out wet but clean.
Freezing and Cooking Directions:
When cooled, place a sheet of waxed paper on
top, then wrap completely with heavy duty
aluminum foil or freezer paper.
To serve: Thaw completely, then warm for
20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Comments:
*You may use purchased pie shell or homemade.
**You can replace the ground beef with diced broccoli, diced ham, or ground sausage.
***You may use fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing.
