Assembly Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, sugar, baking powder and flour. Mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon for the topping. Select a container to package the mix. It must be large enough to hold about 4 dry cups. A quart jar works nice or a food gift bag works as well. Place 3 cups of the cake ingredient mix in each container. Place 2/3 cup of topping mixture into a zipper snack or sandwich bag, release all the air and place on top of the cake mix. Seal the container.
