Freezing and Cooking Directions:
Divide into freezer bags and freeze. To make Hot Cocoa combine 1/3 cup mix to 1 cup hot water.

Comments:
I like to put enough mix for one or two cups of hot cocoa in individual sandwich bags (not the zip kind) and tie a curly ribbon around it with an instruction card attached and put it in a Christmas mug to give as gifts. It makes a great gift for school teachers, Sunday School teachers, neighbors, etc.

I usually make the 40 cup batch which is a VERY large batch of Hot Cocoa Mix. It's the best I've ever tasted.
After you divide some out for gifts, there's still plenty left for your family.
