A little about me...
I've been freezer cooking since about 1997 and it has been amazing. We saved about $300 the first month and cut our food bill in half! I have a large family (a big & tall husband, a big and taller 26-year old son, two college-aged daughters who always brought home various friends to eat all the time and an active 4th grader) so at my busiest was making meals to serve 8+ every night and we spent about $600 per month pre-30DG just at the grocery store, not counting all the times we did fast food or take-out because of our busy schedules. Now, busy-ness still happens but I'm better prepared and the month doesn't seem quite so long when we have yummy, nutritious meals at our fingertips. I'd love to tell you and your friends how you can cook this way, too.
