Freedom in the Freezer
Freezer cooking has been a great "saver" (budget, time, stress, etc.) in our family. We are a homeschooling family of 6 and that doesn't always leave time for a meal. If there is nothing in the freezer, we might have to call for pizza or go through the drive through.
Our most favorite thing to have in the freezer is the "Mom-style Burger Helper." We don't freeze the macaroni with it though, we just keep that in the pantry. This meal is great because even if I haven't planned on taking something out of the freezer, I can through this in the skillet and only add water and macaroni, add a salad or frozen veggies and we have dinner!
