A little bit about me...
From the age of six, I have been cooking for family and friends. In 1997, I saw 30 Day Gourmet represented on Home and Family and immediately needed more information. I was hooked! In 1998 in North Pole, Alaska, I started my own company, Café Van Go, after years of positive feedback from feeding family and friends, and catering countless special events and fundraisers. I have even prepared and served incredibly delicious freezer meals through Café Van Go to many top entertainers in the music industry, including Garth Brooks, Kenny Loggins, and the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.
Now settled in Austin, I love teaching simplified techniques and cooking methods through hands on classes to my clients. We present the Art of Eating Well by designing naturally wholesome and delicious meal plans for busy families to enjoy in their own homes – (with minimal work), saving them time and money, and bringing the family together.
