(regular, lite or reduced salt)

ginger, ground

garlic, minced

1/2 t.

Italian dressing

(regular, lite or fat free)

1/3 C.

Assembly Directions:

Combine all marinade ingredients.  Place 6-8 pieces of meat in 1-gallon freezer bags or rigid containers. Pour marinade (about 3 cups per recipe) over meat.

Freezing and Serving Directions:

Label bag or container, seal and freeze.

To serve, thaw marinated meat.  Grill, broil, or pan fry meat until browned. Discard marinade.

Freezing Time: 2-3 months
