A little bit about me...
Heat and eat queen was my name before 30 Day Gourmet. Then I learned about freezer cooking, so in January of 2001 I paired up with a friend and we started cooking. The first time we cooked we kept opening up the freezer and you could here us say, “WOW Look at all that food!” we had a blast. It feels so good when I go over to the list posted on my refrigerator and ask “What do you guys want for dinner tonight?” then I rattle off a list of entrees that I can still heat and eat. But now it is a healthy homemade meal that I am proud to serve. As a family we love to travel in our RV and now I just take all our meals we need for our trip out of our home freezer and put it in the RV freezer and away we go.
