Prepare the Master Meat Mix according to the recipe.

The sauce can be poured over broiled meatballs then baked for 20-30 minutes at 350°. The sauce can be poured over a meatloaf before the last 30 minutes of baking time. Gently turn meatballs in the sauce once or twice during baking to coat them and baste the meatloaf every ten minutes during the last half hour.

If you choose to pre-bake and slice a meatloaf before freezing, we recommend making the sauce on the day it is to be served. The sauce can be brushed over the meatloaf slices during warming and the excess sauce warmed and passed around at the table.
