Butterscotch Chips

11 oz.

22 oz.

Chow Mein noodles

3 C.

Peanuts (optional)

1/2 C.

1 C.

1 1/2 C.

Coconut (optional)

1/2 C.

Assembly Directions:
Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips on stove over low heat or in microwave oven. Remove from heat and add noodles, nuts and coconut. Mix thoroughly and drop by teaspoons on wax paper.

Freezing and Cooking Directions:
Open freeze on a cookie sheet. Once frozen put into rigid containers. Seal, label and freeze.


Comments:
These are a breeze to make and taste great still cold. Let them thaw a bit or you could break a tooth


We took them camping and they were a big hit. Just be sure to pack them in an airtight container. When the melted ice leaked it the results was yukky! - Nanci
