Assembly Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar and oil. Beat well. Add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in chopped apples and nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured layer cake pans or a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting (optional).

Freezing Directions:
Cool cake. Freeze whole or cut and freeze individual pieces.

Comments:
*Apple equivalents: Large apple = 2 C. chopped, Medium apple = 1 1/2 C. chopped, Small apple = 3/4 C. chopped

The frosting tastes great but the cake is also very good without it.
