for the Freezer Cooking Manual
I thought I would let you know
why I purchased your book. I am a Personal Chef in
Kentucky. I have been cooking for people in their
homes for either a two week period or a month period,
in other words, enough to last those periods of time.
I have prepared a few of your recipes for my clients
and they like them very much. I have a base of about
60, 000 recipes of all kinds and variations that I
use. It is nice to see someone in the biz teaching
others to cook this way I've done this for my family
for years. I look forward to more of your
publications.

YOU are both a godsend! I am a
single parent, full time non-traditional college
student (translate older), with an elementary age
child at home (translate...always hungry when I need
to study or write a paper). The 30 day gourmet cooking
manual has saved my life!
I have always cooked for a crowd so the concept of
cooking large amounts was not new. What was new was
cooking several different meals on the same day/s. Now
that my winter break is almost over, I have the entire
semester taken care of as far as meals to serve when
we get home. Yeah for nuke-a meals!

Dear Christi,
I just wanted to thank you for all of your hard work
in creating Freezer Cooking on a Budget. I followed
several of your recipes for my January Cooking Day and
my family is enjoying each one so much. I am hooked! I
usually only cook 30 dinner meals, but this month,
after downloading your fabulous book, I added
Breakfast meals, lunches and snacks to my assembly
day. I was thrilled to discover that I only spent $312
to feed my family of 4 for the entire month,
breakfast, lunch, dinner and healthy snacks! I cut my
grocery budget in half!!!!! Not only do our evening
meals feel less stressful and more relaxed and
enjoyable by all, but now our breakfasts do too. My
children are enjoying healthy lunches and healthy
snacks after school as well. Several of my friends are
now hoping to start cooking on a budget too. I am sure
other cooks could do even better than I did, but I
just couldn't wait to tell you about my great news!

just fine! My brain must be on holiday overload. Thank
you for your very prompt reply and your patience.
Can't wait to get into the book. I'm a teacher at a
middle school and will take time over the holidays to
assess all that remains in the 2 fridges and deep
freeze. I'm looking forward to some new lunches. I've
had many teachers envy the food that I bring to
school. Now, it'll just make them even more green with
envy.
