I have your cookbook and thoroughly enjoyed it. I spent two weekends in September cooking and am just now running out of frozen dinners. It is a little difficult for me to do all I want in one weekend but I learned a lot from my first effort and hope to cut my cooking time down this time. My family of 5 especially liked the beef recipes and the ham and cheese quiche was wonderful as well. Several times over the past few months I have taken a quiche to sick friends and they enjoyed it. It travels well. Most of my friends thought I was nuts trying to cook for a month or more in advance, but they have changed their minds when they saw how well we are eating. We have saved hundreds of dollars as well. Thank you for sharing this great idea. Looking forward to trying out your new ideas.

A friend and I have been doing 30 Day Gourmet for about 4 months (have cooked 2 times) and I am absolutely thrilled with the satisfaction of having all those meals in my freezer. Plus, I have tried lost of new recipes and have a good excuse to have some quality time with my good friend…a sense of “sisterhood”. I tend to have an attitude toward meal preparation similar to yours, so I feel a lot of security in having six to eight week’s worth of meals in the freezer. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

Great book! It’s the only way I cook anymore! Although I do not always do mine in one day. I usually do things as I need to or actually just whenever I have the time and feel like it! Last night I did 5 lbs. Of Crispy Rice Chicken! I just love the recipes! No one can believe they have been pulled out of the freezer.
