My girlfriend and I have been freezer cooking for over 5 years now (off and on - she went to Africa on a mission trip for a year!) I first heard about you on the Gail King show, and got my girlfriend involved then. We just had our last cooking day on Thursday, and are already planning another for next month. BTW - we wouldn't do a "day" without TONS of Tara's mac and cheese (we have 5 kids ages 7 and under between us) and we usually do 30 lbs. of mashed pot. We love OAMC, and I am getting ready to start mentoring some other women into it - thus the need for the consultant kit.
I just received my 30 Day Gourmet cookbook and I am looking through it on my lunch hour in my office! It is exactly what I was looking for! Most of the other freezer meals cookbooks have too many fancy ingredients. This is perfect for my family of 5. I look forward to getting started very soon. We lead very busy lives but I still manage to serve home cooked meals every night. I really enjoy cooking and this will be very helpful to me. Thank you both so much.
P.S. I work at a bank full time and have 3 children ages 9,12,14 and a wonderful husband!
I love you manuals.... I have all the *popular*
ones, and find that I like yours best. Real recipes,
great worksheets, easy to follow and understand! I
recommend it to all my friends who still cook!
