Meet Our Staff...


Tammy Davis
Tammy is our Message Board Moderator and the author of our popular eBook “Freezer Desserts to Die For”. Tammy also chooses the Recipe of the Month winners and comes up with most of the recipes for our monthly newsletter. A freezer cook for several years, Tammy lives in Charles Town, West Virginia (Washington DC suburbs) and used to be a travel agent. Tammy and her husband Rob have three children. I couldn’t do this thing without Tammy. We e-mail constantly and talk on the phone a lot but can you believe that we have never met face-to-face? The marvels of modern business eh? Maybe a trip to DC is in order. Want company Tammy?

Curtis Dicken
Curtis is the 30 Day Gourmet webmaster and does a fantastic job of keeping this 750+ page website up and running. He is also a professional photographer and takes all of the food photos for our eBooks. Curtis and his wife, Dee, live in Fishers, Indiana and have a 1-year old daughter named Kylee. Even though he only lives about 45 minutes from me I only see him when it’s time for a photo shoot but he has to put up with about a hundred e-mails a day from me You can e-mail Curtis at webmaster@30daygourmet.com.

 

 

Beth Ann Crouse
Beth Ann joined our staff a few months ago and is doing a hodge podge of things that keep this place running and keep the orders going out on time. She puts together all of the Cook’s Assistant Notebooks, burns the new ebooks on CD, files the orders, folds and bags our aprons and assembles the consultant kits. Most of this work is done from her home but every now and then I make up a reason for her to come to the office so that I can play with her daughter. Beth Ann’s husband, Ben, is one of the youth ministers at our church and she is mom to 20 month old Kate. A new baby will be joining the “Crouse House” next April.

 

Christi Gillentine
Christi is the publicity and marketing department here at 30 Day Gourmet. She also authored our first eBook - Freezer Cooking on a Budget. Christi is pitching our freezer cooking ideas to newspapers and magazines as well as to other websites. If you’re asked to do an interview about “that cooking thing you do” don’t despair. Christi lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is wife to one and mom to three toddlers, including twins! She teaches classes about freezer cooking and even does regular cooking spots on her local TV news. Carol Santee
Carol authored our second eBook – Freezer Lunches to Go and is currently working on a new eBook with healthy freezer cooking recipes. Carol traded her career as an executive for a computer software company for the opportunity to become a work-at-home mom. Once a month cooking strategies help her achieve her goals. Carol saves over $1000 a year by packing a wide variety of school lunches for her children. She saves even more by packing her husband a healthy homemade lunch instead of buying fast food. Cindy Clark
Cindy authored our recently published Freezer Cooking for Daycare Providers and Busy Parents ebook. Cindy is a mother of three who operates an in-home daycare during the day, teaches piano and violin after school, is a Cub Scout and Daisy Scout leader, Sunday School Teacher, Church Organist, and freelance writer. She also writes articles about daycare for Redleaf National Institute, and was recently being accepted as the new Iowa Family Editor for Your Family magazine. Cindy is always planning ahead and looking for organizational ideas to make her family’s life run smoother. She found 30 Day Gourmet a few years ago and has been freezer cooking ever since and is excited to share her e-book with other daycare providers and busy working parents. Nanci Slagle
I do whatever the rest of them don’t do – ha! Actually, I spend most of my days answering e-mail, returning phone messages and filling orders. I manage our consultant program and try to stay ahead of the game on new products and ways to get the word out about this great thing we have going. The 30 Day Gourmet office is in the walk-out basement of our log home so it makes it easier for me to juggle this along with everything else in my life. I’ve been married to my best friend, Bob, since 1979 and we have 4 kids: Kaytee is 18 and a senior, Becky is a 15-year-old sophomore, Adam is 13 and in 7th grade and Jenna is 10 and a 4th grader.
