Ahhhhhh, Wally World. One of the greatest places on Earth!

Have food. Have plan. Have all of my stuff organized. Now I'm ready to make a real mess.

And we begin the mess with my favorite, potato peeling. If I didn't love mashed potatoes so much I would question if this part was really worth it.

Package up the ham. Package up the mashed potatoes. Package up the stuffing. I'm getting there.

Now for the Sweet Potato Soufflé. This one is really hard to keep from taste testing. The family might wonder about me if there is a scoop missing, though.

Celebration Salad next. A must for any large family gathering.

And the best part is last. Desserts ... my weakness. Eat a big meal, get a sugar high and take a nap. What more could you ask for?
